This Applies to commercial themes available for purchase at WP Now.
WP Now team ("WP Now") grants you a non-exclusive license to use our themes, and any associated documentation ("The Themes"), as indicated herein. If you have purchased a Single License, a single copy of the Software may be installed and used. The Software is in "use" on a server when it has been loaded into the permanent memory (hard disk or other device) of that computer/server.

• remove any product identification, copyright notices, or other notices or proprietary restrictions from this Software
This License is effective until terminated. You may terminate it at any time by destroying the Software, together with all copies thereof. This License will also terminate if you fail to comply with any term or condition of this Agreement. Upon such termination, you agree to destroy the Software, together with all copies thereof.
By downloading any theme you agree that you have examined all requirements to run the Software. No refunds will be given after that.
Since we offer non-tangible irrevocable goods we reserve the right to issue refunds for any theme purchased. Once a transaction for any theme download has been completed, we may refuse to refund your payment. Please make sure that you've carefully read the section on the product, or feel free to email our Support with any questions or concerns.
The themes and their source code are proprietary products of WP Now and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. The wordpress themes are licensed and not sold. You acquire only the right to use our themes and do not acquire any rights, express or implied, in our wordpress themes other than those specified in this License.
The Software is supplied "AS IS". WP Now disclaims all warranties, expressed or implied, including, without limitation, the warranties of merchantability and of fitness for any purpose. The user must assume the entire risk of using the Software.
WP Now assumes no liability for damages, direct or consequential, which may result from the use of the Software, even if WP Now has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Any liability of the seller will be limited to refund the purchase price.
We take no liability over any modification you do or a third party makes to any of our themes, and will not support any modified theme.
